Make your people, teams, departments talk to each other and work together

I was born in 1947 in Italy as a Swiss Citizen. My mother originated from Paris, France and my father from Zurich, Switzerland. I grew up in a multicultural environment, living in Italy until the age of 18, when I began studying at the Swiss Institute of Technology ETH in Zurich.

In 1971 I graduated with a degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.

Following a postgraduate Master Course at the Institute of Economics at the ETH, I joined ABB (Brown Boveri) in 1974. Shortly thereafter, I became head of the Department of Business and Office planning.

In 1983 I became self-employed and, alongside my day job, began to study psychology. I graduated from the University of Zurich in 1988.

Since 1983 I have worked as an advisor and instructor and have specialised in communications and didactics, as well as in providing support during company transformation processes.

Among other activities I was head of the archives and documentation department at RSI, Radiotelevisione Svizzera. For more than a decade I has held the position of CEO of GAF, a well-known Management Training Company founded in 1966 by Swiss employer organisations.

I am or was also member of the board of several companies, among which is BSI AG, the #1 provider of CRM solutions in Switzerland and of STS, one of the most important provider of Project Management Training in the world.

I speak four languages (German, Italian, French and English) fluently and travel around the world working for private and public companies as well as lecturing at various institutions (Institute for Applied Psychology, Zurich, University of Zurich and Genoa, EPFLSwiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne, Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paris, SUPSI Lugano, École Hassania des Travaux Publics, Casablanca).

My clients include a number of renowned companies in Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and the USA.
